I've been coming to WestGate for years and never knew there was a gem such as this in the area. I've recently been going to quite a few tasting menu restaurants. Some hit the spot, while other miss wildly off field. This restaurant however definitely knew what they were doing. Went here with my family who isn't as much into fine dining, but 100% they left feeling every centavo spent was worth the quality of food (and service) we received. Excellent all round restaurant with high end, fine ingredients food by a Dutch-Filipino chef. The dishes were all cooked to perfection. The fois gras is an excellent starter and the venison and black cod dishes were specials of the day and outstanding. The strudel dessert topped it all off perfectly. Portions here are more French sized than German so expect smaller sizes and the pricing is on the higher end of the Filipino spectrum... But very much worth it. Highly recommended.

Food was amazing! It’s quite expensive but definitely worth the price for the quality. Ambience was very sophisticated and service was great. Server is very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our food. There is a wide variety of wines and the servers are quite knowledgeable about it. Would definitely come back, Wish this were in Manila!

I am thankful for opportunities to indulge in luxuries! 🥰 The food, the service, the atmosphere - perfect. A hidden gem in Westgate. I have to say, when we have VVIPs, we treat them here and they absolutely like this place. My overall rating though is because holistically, this place is not something you would want to go to on a daily basis. It's expensive. If money is no problem though, place is perfect! 😀 PS. Had 2 portions of bread and butter! Loved it! 🤤

always not too many people, which makes me think that it’s great for celebrations. the escargot and the smoked burrata are in my regular cravings rotation. food and service are impeccable as always. i always go back to caviar!!
