Went there last sunday. And grabe the service was very poor. No joke. Claypot rice tasted average and nothing special, The pork and century egg congee was good but contained no pork! Not to mention service was really slow. It took 45 mins to complete our order of 3 items. the restaurant wasn’t even packed as that time. Gosh I wish i was making this all up. Need improvement…
Love this place. BEST CLAYPOT in Banawe area. Better than ShiokShiok's or even Yanzi's. Prices are reasonable because of the serving sizes. 4 people can share 3 dishes with enough leftovers for takehome. i don't like their dessert though, but it's more because i dislike tikoy to begin with.
Authentic Cantonese Delicacy is served here and lots more variety.
It's not a fancy restaurant, but the food is authentic and delicious. It can get crowded, especially at night and on weekends. Parking is available outside the restaurant but is limited. I highly recommend trying their sour and spicy fish, Claypot lamb, Claypot sausage rice, seafood porridge, Braised dish, oyster pancake, and sweet fried yam dessert.
We tried the chix and mushroom clay pot rice, beef in clay pot, stir-fried seasonal veggies, chicken wings, and sauerkraut fish(must try) TEA Story 🤣🤣 we asked for house tea, gave us a medium size pot waited a while, water is still clear no tea taste. Asked for additional tea, showed them clear water. "Manager" maybe i don't know comes to the table tea bag in bare hands dropped it in the pot. Still no taste end of story. 🤣🤣 airconditioner not working properly because it was warm, when we came.
