Just came in for the lechon. They didnt have the spicy version, so had to settle for the regular one. Defintely didn't disappoint as I prefer my Lechon saltier and cebu-style versus the blander Tagalog-style. The lechon comes with liver sauce, but it was still better with vinegar, which they provided. There was a short waiting period to eat. The restaurant also shares menus with Thai BBQ, so you can cross order.
Just order ONLY the lechon. You can never go wrong... Lechon regular - crunchy skin, meat is juicy and tasty Gising gising - too much ground meat lack of creamines Chicken skin - batter is crunchy but skin is chewy. i dont like Bulalo - taste good, very "beefy" taste. Grilled chorizo - taste like sweet longganisa. It OK.... The service is quite good but being attentive to customer is better. Also dunno why some waiter are serving use wearing civillian akala ko tuloy client haha! Place is clean...
If I could rate 0 star for the service, I would, because we didn’t experience any service from them aside from taking our order. After waiting for about 20mins, I followed up on our food. The server went to get our rice and put it on our table - that was the only food there. After 10mins I followed up on our lechon. The server didn’t come back so I stood up to where they were cutting the lechon and asked if our order was ready since we were seated across it. There were 3 plates of lechon that has been at the dispatch area for about 15mins. It was already cold and there was a fly flying aroun…
Nothing special. Lechon would have been good if its available. Don't order anything else but the lechon. Service size of other dishes are not propotionate to the price. If lechon is not available, this restaurant is not worth it. Go someplace else. Other option would be "elar's lechon" which is across it. Service is great though which is something positive.
For a name that includes “Lechon” it’s quite disappointing, it was too salty and dry for me. The Lechon was obviously microwaved or reheated of some sort, probably if the Lechon came all the way from Cebu. You can definitely get more quality and value for money for the 400p / 250gms with other Lechon here in Manila. Way better. The service is so messed up, the staff was polite and friendly, but it took way tooooo long. The “appetizers” came in LAST which we ended up not eating because it was too chewy for a chicharon. The restaurant is nice, very nice tables and chairs. But the food is some…
