When it comes to lechon here in Manila, this is one of my goto spots. It's just a small kiosk in MoA's TasteAsia but it sure packs a punch. Quite a bit greasy since it's lechon belly but you really have to taste it to believe it. The whole belly is perfect for occasions as well.

Not a patch on Cebu's original lechon in Cebu. Spicy meat just salty and can't taste the spices.
