If you are up for a merienda or sweets & pastries you might want to try Cecil's. I usually order their Mammi Noodles and Palabok, their palabok was my favorite. Definitely one of the places I have on my list for some comfort food!

The most savory luglug you can ever find is here —in one of the oldest snack places in this city. Match it with the fried lumpia and cassava cake— and you are done. Very affordable items and simply worth the repeat are batchoy, chicken mami, cheeseroll and the brownies. Kiddie made-to-order simple cakes are even better than the popularly expensive ones in Davao City. Just provide your design at their main branch. It helps if you know the owner too…. Consider this place for a short stop-and-go hop….

It's 8:47 AM, it says here that they open at 8:30 AM. The staff inside told us that they would open at 10 AM.

Love their pandesiosa and pancit molo... palabok (their said specialty) is under seasoned and almost no toppings.

I always order Batchoy special and somehow today it doesn't taste right. Sorry i have to give your 1 star for now until it will return to its original taste.
