Attended a birthday party of a friend. It was our first time here and we were impressed with the size of the party space for our group. Buffet food was excellent, it was freezing cold inside, and there was so much room to move around despite how many guests arrived. Billiards table was available although we didn't use it. One unisex restroom was available inside.

Our Christmas Party with friends was held here, The Karaoke System is very easy to use but lacks some song. The food here is good, also with a wide variety of selection.

We are not satisfied with their services. We called the staff several times to order but no one came. I had to go out and go to the front desk to order there. Their food and drinks are expensive and then there is a service charge, we did not even feel their service. I will not recommend it. We've spent 5,000 and we are not happy with the service they gave us.

It was a Saturday night and we expected to wait since we were walk-in customers. Upon waiting an hour after we listed our name we went to their in-house bar and called a waiter, 3 of them saw us but chose to not serve us, I saw a lot of them eye to eye upon calling them they just looked directly and no one came at all. We let it pass, finally after 4 attempts a waiter attended to us. We asked the waiter if we could order ahead and just deduct it from our room package's consumable, he said a firm YES. The pika-pika was soggy, and the pizza tasted bland and undercooked. The food felt overpriced for the quality. The servers often entered the rooms with an unfriendly attitude, which was off-putting. The vibe was decent, but for a karaoke spot, a traditional songbook would have worked better; the new system made it almost impossible to find songs, which took away from the enjoyment. Overall, we spent 15k (12 people), but it didn’t feel worth the price.
