Century Tsukiji offers a delightful blend of authentic Japanese cuisine with both buffet and à la carte options. I particularly loved their Beef Teppanyaki, yakiniku, and takoyaki, which were the highlights of the meal for me. However, while their salmon sashimi, karaage, and ebi tempura were good, they didn’t stand out as much. They also offer a ramen and dessert bar, but I found their ramen and desserts to be just okay. Japanese buffet was good. Large variety of sushi and shashimi. Make your own noodles soup. Different tempuras. There's also teppanyaki selection. Limited desserts of cakes, ice cream and crepes.

Food is normal at best, but the service is excellent hence the 4 stars. For the food that has a high turnover like ebi tempura, they're more or less hot. For the less popular ones, they can be a tad lukewarm already. Sushi area is really great with some great tasting ones. Again, the less popular sushi can be tough already. Ramen section and the rest of the hot good are just alright.

Came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday, food is good, the tepanyaki is delicious, but for the scallops its small local scallops, lots of sushi, maki and sashimi to choose from the ramen is so so, the izakaya sec is very delicious. They serve Japanese hot tea. They have also ice cream and crepes for dessert, you can also ask for the japanese ice cream which is not on display . You can also ask for oysters. Place should be renovated. Price ₱₱₱₱ 1600 on weekend and 1500 on weekdays

Mediocre Japanese food. Money worth elsewhere. The establishment is at some corner of the hotel. There is even a ramp of which people are to be reminded to be careful as on can trample on it. Food - everything is is just soso.
