CesTuna is a great place to dine if you're looking for delicious seafood. The grilled tuna, in particular, is absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying. However, be aware that the prices here are a little bit on the high side. The staff at cesTuna are okay - they're not particularly friendly or welcoming, but they get the job done. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite nice, with an open, native-style dining area that feels relaxed and welcoming.
