Unprofessional staff! We ordered through grab. My brother waited in line for a while, then when he was done, they said it was break time. So grab just canceled our order. Your shop should have advised who will be served before their break so that the grab drivers don't have a good time and worse is that they won't get anything because the order is canceled. Poor grab drivers!
