Cha Tuk Chak - Ayala Malls Feliz

Value for money thai milk tea, tasted okay for me.

Staff was also approachable

-The milk doesn't over power the tea, you can still taste the tea.

The crew are friendly. The drink ordered tasted fresh.

Cha Tuk Chak's milk tea tastes better than other stores. Unfortunately, the Feliz branch does not have seats. It was hard for us to enjoy our drink because we have to remove our masks and drink it while walking but Ayala does not allow that.

But theyre not prepared for it.
Grab app has no option daw to turn it off so the orders were pilled up nonstop. Then the walk ins orders were pilling up also. There are 3 crews and all of them are rude and lashing out their frustrations to us customers.

They were shouting to most of the grab drivers na 2-3hrs na naghintay da order pero wala pang reciept kaya di nagagawa.

Sila nagpapromo sila pa ang galit.
If di niyo kaya just turn off your grab or online orders!
