i ordered roasted okinawa with black and honey pearls milk tea thru grabfood. this was my second order prepared by the same male attendant. i have a note indicating extra shot of black tea, less ice and only 30% sugar for my order yet he disregarded them all. although i added php 20 to upsize my drink, he put about 20-25% of ice to my drink. other milk tea shop doesn't practice this way of tricking customers.
Your packaging sucks. What, are you saving on tape to seal your drinks??
