Since our boarding time is around 10:00am we decided to grab a bit here, and it was a good experience. We didn't expect so much, but their gourmet tuna sandwich is okay. What I like also is their relaxing jazz music which eases stress.. And occasional birds checking us inside. No fuss, no issues :)
While the coffee was freshly brewed, the sandwich was underwhelming. I ordered myself a “Chunky Chicken Sandwich” which was slightly warm when it arrived (quite quickly). But don't be fooled by the name: it's more like a mayo sandwich with only hints of chicken scraps as you can see from the picture. All the oil in the mayo did not sit well in my stomach and I'm sure it wasn't the veggies which were admittedly quite fresh. The chips were crunchy but unremarkable.
Many items on their menu is not available so I ended up with ordering an awful Caesar salad that came with microwave cooked bacon and a little disgusting pulled pork. Only the bread was really edible. Hazelnut frappe was ok.
I tried their Pasta Puttanesca, I thought it’s a made-to-order because the serving time was more than the usual. But upon serving the food, you can easily distinguish that it was not - it was actually microwaved. The pasta was overcooked, the runny sauce was tasteless, and the bread was soggy.
Very very below standard!!!! I ordered corned beef, egg and rice.. They served me very little corned beef mixed with a lot of potato! Very dissapointing! Corned beed tasted and looked like it came straight out if the can.. Do not eat here! Not reccommended! It is best to eat on fast foods..
