Good food and big servings for a cheap price.
Chang Ai Express from being Ai Sarap was a downgrade. To be honest, when they first opened a year ago, it was a personal favorite because of the budget-friendly food as well as the tasty experience. I love their stir-fry noodles as well as their tofu menu. They also had a good student-friendly meal which was as low as Php 150. However, soon as they changed the menu and the prices went up, the quality of the food went down. Not sure what happened to the management or their business, but Chang Ai lost their opportunity to become a must-try in Quezon City. Located at the corner of Sgt. Esguerr…
Food was OK. Not lousy not great either. Also, they showed us the wrong menu with the wrong prices. The menu they showed us says "Unli" iced tea was 65 pesos. We ordered Lemon, waiter repeated to us and we confirmed, he came back and gave us Apple. Bill arrived and they billed us 125 for the iced tea. We complained, the waiter came back and showed us a different menu, not the one we looked at when we ordered and the price in this menu says the iced tea was 125 and there was no apple/lemon option.
Fake chinese food everything was not good and Siomai was comparable to street vendor stall it's the worst :(
Got our order wrong and when we already corrected the waiter when he repeated our order list. Then they initially refused to take back the wrong order item (customer service should be improved). Uncooked chicken (meat was red & parts near bone bloody), they took it back to the kitchen and fried it again (but would have been better of they just made a new batch instead of frying the chicken we already started to eat - this might have contaminated the oil they used for frying).
