Chatime is my favorite fruit tea shop. Their branch in Cash & Carry is nice but can have a lot of customers on weekends. However their staff was quite efficient. I did not have to wait too long. Chatime will always be a 5-star rating for me. Btw, they now have sandwiches available. I should try that next time 👍😁. Today I tried the Grapefruit Chia Mojito sadly it is only good for 3 stars. It did not have the kick I was expecting but it was good enough. In fairness to Chatime this just may personal taste preference. I usually get the Grapefruit Fruit Tea which could have a stronger taste.

Pros: 1. Warm and accommodating staff (we’re the last customers that day, but I’ve seen no sign of tiredness from them; they’re evn answering our questions with full attention) 2. Ideal location, close to stalls where you can buy snacks 3. They have a portion for dine-in guests Cons: Nothing I could think of. But this branch is definitely not somewhere you’d want to enjoy tea while working 😅

Service was very slow today. I kept myself busy to ignore counting the minutes but I did appreciate them letting me claim my beverage from the far side where the dine-in seats were. It's probably because it was morning and I saw 1-2 staffers behind the counter. I received a poker face while receiving my beverage, but what the heck, I'll understand since it's morning. Superior Pure Cocoa was really delicious but I'll still choose Pearl Milk Tea over this because the latter already has tapioca.

Decided to grab the advertised new Thai milk tea. The beverage was fine, if it wasn't for the excessively slow cashier operator. No tea is ever worth 25 minutes of lining up + wait for order pick up. Mind you that there were only 3 customers ahead of me when I first got in the line. Slow, slow.

Ordered Chicken Chop Burger. It took them 20min to prepare it. Apparently they had no stock. When I asked if they could rush it because it is a long wait (they didn't inform me). They sounded sarcastic and annoyed. Did not appreciate the attitude!!!
