Recently opened. Located conveniently inside Island City Mall, near the carpark entrance. They have limited tables & seats, so it's best for takeout. Wide variety of milktea. Although, they didn't ask us about the sugar level or any specifics when we ordered. They're also available on Foodpanda and Maxim.
