This is located in the Uptown Mall food court, so the ambiance is so-so. However, the quality drink matched the drinks for what it’s worthy. The staff is considerate in assisting for my drinks

Place looked nice, playful color and prices are reasonable but this is first time to experience a bad product. Holding the cup in my hand I could feel that it's loaded with ice, so much that I could feel it buy just squizeing it a bit. As it was ultra cold I had to drink slowly and after finishing still almost half of cup was full of ice (imagine how much was at the begining), also due to amount of ice it was hard to finish leftover ingredients at the bottom. Really need to improve the skill of the baristas. My drink is tasteless, like drinking water with a bit of honey. I don’t even taste Oolong tea nor the fatty of the milk. The drink is advertised as Premium Milk Tea but totally a disappointment.

Tried here 3 different months. March April and may to give them chance. Zap or loyalty is always unavailable. This is the only branch without it. This is my last time going here for sure.

Disgusting attitude from the worker behind the till. There was a small screen to the left of the waiting line where you make your order. Once I had done so, two receipts came out. Since she didn't say anything and was silent, I took them both but one was supposed to be for her. As I pulled it, I accidentally pulled too much of the paper roll out. She just glared at me as she fixed it, all the while I was apologising to her profusely. She didn't say anything after that and just handed me my drink. Not recommended, need to work on your customer service. The drink was nice though.
