Ordered large marble pearl milk tea. Im already more than half way my drink and yet STILL kept "drinking pearls" instead of milk tea. Decided to open the lid and to my dismay, my drink is fully loaded with pearls. Seemed like my pearls were just soaked with tea!🙄😫😖😩

Can't believe I can't redeem my coupon from PAL miles conversion. Had I known, I shouldn't have my 1100 miles be converted into two Chatime coupons. Chatime, this coupon is a guarantee from you but you weren't able to provide that guarantee. You just lost a loyal customer. I just keep hearing that you're wifi is not working, then, how am I supposed to redeem my coupon? Should that rely on your wifi? Gosh!!!! The burden shouldn't be on me, I have my proof for the coupon. Then do your part of the bargain. Don't let your customer keep on following up on you with the same reason and you're not…
