Excellent. The combination of a perfect marinade + real charcoal, not gas = outstanding inasal. The chicken itself is not huge, but so tasty with that smoky char. The wait can take a while, but it's worth it. Also, it's a streetside hole in the wall. Leave your fancy clothes at home.
We arrived expecting the place to be crowded, and sure enough, it was packed. Thankfully, we managed to find a vacant seat and place our order. However, the nightmare began when we were told the wait would be an hour, which we were fine with. After 30-45 minutes, we followed up on our order and were acknowledged, but I started noticing that people who ordered after us were being served first. Even a customer who arrived 30 minutes later was served before us. I looked around and realized that all the new customers seated after us had already been served, while we—and the table behind us—were s…
I recently visited a restaurant touted as the best Bacolod Chicken Inasal in Metro, it lived up to the expectations. The Inasal itself was undeniably fresh and flavorful, served directly from the grill with a side of garlic rice and an optional drizzle of chicken oil. The authentic experience of eating with your hands added a nice touch to the meal, enhancing the overall vibe. However, there were a couple of downsides. The parking situation was quite inconvenient, making it a hassle to get to the restaurant. Additionally, the portion size of the chicken was on the smaller side, leaving me f…
I’ve been seeing this place everywhere, so I was excited to finally try it. The chicken was good. You can really taste that it’s grilled. It’s very different from Mang Inasal, which leans on the sweeter side. But…IM SORRY I actually like Mang Inasal more, just because I prefer a sweeter marinade. Also, the chicken here felt a bit smaller, and I felt a little overwhelmed with how close the tables were to each other. Still, I’d probably come back if I’m ever craving an inasal that’s less on the sweet side.
I went here because I saw a reel about this. Expect to wait for table and to fall in line when ordering your food. We got the chicken inasal pecho (breast & wing), pork bbq and garlic rice. The chicken was big and tasted good but I think it needed to be marinated longer and grilled a couple more minutes. To be honest I enjoy the pork bbq more than the chicken. Its soft, juicy and had that pinoy bbq flavor that I love. Its still a good dining experience for me and Im willing eat here again.
