Spacious, plenty of seats. Has outlets for charging but comes with cost (20 for phone, 40 for laptop) Difficult and confusing parking. The airconditioning was humid. Fast, efficient service. Affordable prices, lots of options. This is why chingkeetea is a hit and will continue to be.

Chingkeetea has maintained their minimalist aesthetic vibe just like the other branches downtown. Very kind and approachable staff. I also got amazed that Chingkeetea has its own coffee menu on the other side of the counter. As a coffee lover and not a sweet tooth, I prefer coffees than milk teas that’s why I was amazed that they already have a coffee added to their menu. The barista was also approachable and had given me options and answered all my questions. Most of the customers here are students as the store is just near XUHS and Corpus Cristi. Expect for younger customers here 😅

Was my favorite tea shop in college. This branch definitely needs to improve the interior. It's like random furniture/clutter was dumped here for the sake of it.

Excellent cortado, I must say. The ambience may still be improved. Not child friendly as there’s no high chair. The cafe is also not conducive to working (with a laptop) as there’s no free/paid WiFi—perhaps it’s a deliberate choice of the owners.
