Average Jollibee branch. Any seasonal item that you're planning to order from them is usually unavailable. Chicken burgers, chicken nuggets, pies, and sundaes. If they do have them, they'll normally ask you to wait 10 minutes and exceed that time limit. When the food arrives though, at least you can tell that it's a new batch because it always comes out really hot. One bite can burn your tongue.

One of the best Jollibee branch in Quezon City. They served the food while it's fresh and hot. The atmosphere or vibes is what I like, I feel the Christmas season due to its decorations. Lastly, they served fast and avoid long queue of customers. Overall, I am delighted and I'll give perfect 5 stars.

Went to a kids party celebrated in Jollibee Banawe. At first, the party was fun because some guests danced to break ice. If not, the other games would be boring since the adults played, however, it was still great because the adults made it extra fun. When it comes to serving the foods, the staffs should've said which is the kids and adults foods since some staff where not informed and kinda made it awkward, the staff told the parent that it was for kids, yet handed it out afterwards. Enjoyed a Jolli-birthday party at Jollibee Banawe over the weekend. Everyone had a blast with great credit to the hosts of the event. The food was also served promptly with the fries still crispy and sundaes only partially melted. The jokes and activities made it fun but may have concerns with some crossing the line since they were also kids present during the celebration. Raising a bit of concern regarding the portions of the food both the chickenjoy as well as the burger steak were a barely a meal and was not enough to cover the appetite of diners.

I'm a big fan of Jollibee, unfortunately when we had our breakfast after travelling 10hrs. This branch I felt was not ready to serve customers where they served us our orders with inconplete orders, no tissue, no ketchup and the place is a bit filthy. I understand they might be tired but to serve with incomplete order I think is unprofessional and to have a dirty place and humid fast is not really what I expected. Hope their management can do something about it
