28 Treasures HK Roast + Dimsum is a small Chinese restaurant that offers a variety of Hong Kong style dishes and dimsum. Location: The restaurant is located at the corner of N. Roxas and Banawe street. Because of its prime location, parking will be quite a challenge especially during peak hours. I suggest utilizing the smaller streets or if you come during the weekends, you can use the BDO parking across the store. Arguably the best taipao I've had in all the Chinese restos in the ph, and I've almost had them all. Beef brisket and tendon wasn't as tender as I'd like and the noodles could've used more bite, but the serving size to price is very reasonable. Servers are super attentive and ask if you need extra soup or chili or what and update you of any delay in your order. Now that's the standard of service the rest of banawe should aspire to.
The foods are good with huge servings. The taste isn't overwhelming and the saltiness is in right amount. But it's hard to find a parking slot during peak hours, we went during lunch also it was weekend so I guess waiting is to be expected. But we might come back and we will try their noodle soups and dumplings next time
Great place for a quick bite. The white chicken is kind the dry and the rice is too dry you need to add soup to eat it properly. The hakaw is the opposite its soft warm and delicious. Service is ok there plenty of people to help you incase you need something. Ambiance is just mid not too fancy not too cheap. Parking is really hard even there is no customer there are a lot of cars and your force to park at the street. Overall it’s just an ok place to eat.
Food was good, not my favorite though. The place reeked of sewer or the toilet. It was overwhelming. Would not recommend
