Hi Chowking SM Center Las Piñas, just want to send a concern regarding your poor customer service. I ordered two milky white halo-halo for take out today around 5:59pm. I follow-up my order around 6:15pm to one of your crew but didn't get an update after 5mins. When I approached the counter, they haven't done my order so I waited again for around 5-10mins because they said "ginagawa na". When I received my order it does not look good and it does not taste good. I waited for more than 25mins! None of your crew say sorry or apologize. Is that how your crews train? poor and Slow service, the place is unclean and acs arent working ,cant enjoy the food when you're sweating... make sure to buy halo halo to cool you down
