One of the good stuff in GCC. It is just a shame that just because it attracts guests that are more than it can handle, the franchise does not seem to give any effort in maintaining its cleanliness and pleasantness. Ang dugyot na ng lugar. Even the trays are dirty and should have already been replaced. The staff are hardworking but are not enough to man the dining area. We waited for our food for more than 30mins. I am sure of it coz my LO finished YT vids of lengthy episodes. The order-taker did warn us about the waiting period but that IS ALWAYS THE CASE so.the branch should have already …

Since it is located in Guadalupe, expect it to be crowded, though they have a big space. The food is okay, just like in any other Chowking branch. The issue here is the service itself and maybe lack of crew. I encountered many times that they serve the order very late. One time, the cashier asked me if i can wait for 10minutes before my order is served. But i waited 20 minutes and still not prepared. You would need to follow up which is a hassle. And i n another instance i ordered a meal but what was served was only the food. The drinks was very late. I was wondering what took it so long when…
