Ordered chicken lauriat, was informed that chicken will be ready in 20-30mins so I changed my order to sweet and sour pork instead as it’s available. Transaction done at 15:50 today Oct 24, 2023. I needed to follow up to 3 staffs. Meal served at: 16:20. Total of 30minutes waiting time. Could’ve just ordered the chicken. Parehas lang naman pala. Spent higher priced meal for longer waiting time. Not efficient and not a friendly service environment.

Cashier Sarah forgot to punch one of our order because she did not repeat the orders. And then we had to wait 30 mins when she said that it would be ready for 15 mins. Will never dine here again.

Please don't map a floor with a strong smell because it makes you lose your appetite
