I was surprised when I ordered a bucket of chicken from this place after buying from its competitor just right beside it. The chicken is bigger than what I expected! The skin is also crispy and the meat is also very juicy. It's as if you don't even need gravy to eat the chicken. Downsides here are you cannot request for a bucket full of your preferred chicken part of choice (usually they'll say that the chicken part is unavailable) which is a bummer. Indoors are also not that clean, and the fried chicken smell will envelope the whole room upon entering.

Typical McDonald's restaurant. Long lines during meal times because of its proximity to National Orthopedic Hospital and some schools. Place is relatively clean compared to other branches of McDonalds which are dirty. Lots of old people eating here during breakfast, particularly senior Chinese people. Overall service should be improved.

This branch NEVER has any fried chicken part except WING and RIB. Even when you say you are willing to wait, THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO COOK THE PART YOU REQUESTED. Rice was cold. The gravy (from refill pump) was lukewarm at best. Saving grace of the meal sadly was the Coke

Order took 30 minutes to come out because of the spicy chicken (beware if you’re ordering that). The drinks were already watered down because the ice melted and the pancakes were not hot anymore. They also dont have cup holders and just put the drinks in a paper bag that dissolves within minutes.
