Their food is just the same as other Chowking branches. What I’d like to highlight here is their service. There was a little mishap with the food that they served and they replaced it immediately. The assistant manager came over and apologized. He got me an extra free cup of rice, too, which was a nice gesture. And this was in the midst of a lot of people eating in the restaurant. Props to them!

I ordered the beef chowfan with steamed siomai. The soft chunky beef was delicious and the siomai reminded me of the beef balls grandma used to make at home.

The five star are for the lady whose at the take out counter who handle my order she reminds me of myself when i was working as a crew .. he goes beyond my expectations and make sure i got my order fast even delivered it herself at my table shes should be promoted. such a dedicated person .. sadly i didnt get her name but shes a liitle older than the rest of the ladies at the front line but shes so alive and fast we went there last sunday around 5pm . Everyones call her ate

Prime location at the upper ground floor along the main hallway and near the escalator. It’s just another of the many dining options in Megamall, particularly for those who prefer fast food version of Chinese dishes. Store size is typical of fast food chains and can accommodate large number of customers although currently less than the usual capacity because of the revised seating arrangement brought about by physical distancing protocol.
