On September 25, 2024, at 9:18 PM, we came to eat at your restaurant, but the place was a mess. There was so much to clean, with many tables still covered in used plates. No one from the team was willing to clean, and the manager was ineffective in managing the staff. It was a disappointment. hope you can improve your service

This branch is so slow! Drive thru were supposed to be faster! Food were given for like 1.5 hours! Too much hassle!

The place is okay and clean. However, the chaofan that was serve to us was not cooked properly. they used a rice that is still too sticky for a chaofan rice. We did not enjoy the food that was serve. Few parking space. Other fastfood nearby. They have drive thru.

Sad.. This branch is understaffed. And there are many outside orders (grab?) which they prioritize. Then the drive through.. People who dine in are waiting more than 30 mins. But food is good enough.
