Immediately visited this place upon seeing it on kristypata's igs bcs i've been wanting to try jukkumi for the longest time and it didn't disappoint! We opted for the less spicy version because we thought that we should atleast savor its flavor first but later realized that the spicier the octupus is, the better it would be. The place is clean and new and their interior looks chic too. Their service was the best, our banchan are always refilled and even got complimentary colas. We will 100% guaranteed to be back to try their spiciest version and their chicken too.

"In early May in Korea, it's still the time when cuttlefish are laying eggs, so I went to a restaurant expecting to find eggs if they were using Korean cuttlefish. However, after experiencing the size and texture of the cuttlefish, it was clear it wasn't Korean. Nonetheless, aside from the slightly strong sweetness in the seasoning of the cuttlefish stir-fry, it was quite enjoyable to the point where it was hard to resist mixing it with rice.
