Based on the photos, you may not expect it’s in Binondo. It’s on the roof deck of the Ramada Manila Central hotel. The place looks fancy and is well-kept. They offer breakfast buffet, which is also available for walk-in customers. They also serve ube pan de sal as a free snack. I think the best thing about this place is their crew. A buffet restaurant located at the Deck of Ramada Hotel by Wyndham. They offer an ample varieties of Asian/American fusion cuisines which tastes good. Staff and crew are polite and accommodating to the needs of the guests. The place has a neat ambience and the view at the deck is not appealing. Overall, a nice place to dine.

We went to Mento because of their partnership with Breakout Philippines (an escape game experience). If you avail and book a game that's located in Ramada, you'll get complimentary drinks from Mento and 30% off your final bill. So, we had our lunch here.
