Very responsive staffs. Very accommodating. Even so considerate about certain situation. This place is awesome. Location is definitely a big plus.

Worst hotel! Don't book! You can't sleep here! 23:30 music from the pub will stop. 6:00 the church will play music to wake you up. 6:30 workers will drill on your head. 8:30 the hotel will call you up to eat their rubbish breakfast! Sooooo bad! You can't sleep here! Don't book it!

This is the third time I have stayed at the hotel and each return gets worse. It was very noisy this last trip. Construction outside my window from 6 am onwards. Church bells are going off at 5 am (not their fault) but it's annoying when trying to sleep. The toilet would not properly flush. Had to hold the handle until enough water filled the bowl to flush down waste. The shower was very slow (on the third floor) and the water was warm and not hot. Air conditioner in room had issues with the remote not working. I called the desk twice for new batteries and they never came to replace them. Int…

No wifi during our whole 3-day stay. We were able to connect to the router but it has no internet connection at all. No bidet in the bathroom. You have to turn on the shower for at least 15-30mins to warm the water up a bit. The smart TV is huge but doesn't serve its purpose, it needs to be connected to wifi. No lamp shade. All the lights in the sleeping area are controlled by only 1 switch. Room smells old. There are three fuinctioning elevators but two of them, as per the maintenance, malfunctions a lot. Not the hotel it used to be. Cons: 1. Hot water only takes effect after 30mins of running it. What a waste! 2. Internet in room 402 is non-existent 3. No bidet. At this day and age, what hotel does not have a bidet? 4. Other option if you're not eating at the buffet, is 2 pcs of bread and one 250ml bottled water.
