Customer service is top notch!!! I don't easily leave reviews but since the staff are super duper nice, I had to let the future guests know! There was a problem with the AC but the staff were so good at providing solutions. Salute to kuya wearing blue & other staff! May you guys have abundant blessings 🫶🏻

It is a budget friendly hotel and location is good because it is close to Quiapo church.The service attendants are very helpful,security guard is amazing he looked after his guests,he asked one of the service attendant to accompany me outside inorder to ensure that I will ride safely on the grab.My only concern is the morning duty receptionist quite rude and not accommodating.I was also purely disgusted to the room a lot of cockroaches.I prefer to stay in hotel to get some enough rest and sleep before my flight unfortunately not because I was thinking cockroaches might bite me in the middle o…

Delux room was ok for its price. there were free water upon checkin. Aircon is Perfectly fine. There is also hot and cold shower which is a good thing. WiFi was a bit slow. The bath towels were obviously old, they need to buy new ones even pillows were a bit old. I requested for additional pillows and charged me for 25php for one. There were no cabinets or something to hang clothes on. Then the blankets were literally bedsheets. This seems like an old and simple hotel. We usually dine here, not sleep, after Quiapo mass. The prices of the meals are affordable, the serving size is generous, considering this is a hotel. It took a long time for the dishes to arrive since they were delivered all together (not one by one). I do love the sweet and sour fish, and chop suey. It is a repeat order. I just find the seafood kare kare malansa and hope it was beef instead. Hototay's veggies are similar to that in the chop suey. Pancit in bilao has a small chicken back piece. Cleanliness of the Room and Cr were well managed, but the problem is that clogged drainage in the CR and control of the shower is not working. Incomplete toiletries ( no toothbrush). First time I booked in this hotel and I will never book again, cause I have bad experience with the FRONT DESK STAFF, not only once but twice during our stay but thanks to this man in pink( maybe their manager),to fix the issue.
