Staffs are very attentive. With wide variety of mixed balls, meat, seafoods and veggies. If you are not familiar with hotpot sauce, the staff will create for you. I definitely like their satay sauce and special classic sesame sauce for me, both works well with the broth. The juice though is not of my liking.

I don't know if others would share the same experience because we went here for dinner last Nov.2, hence the place wasn't too crowded. The food is good but what I find truly commendable are the staff. They were really nice- very cheerful and accommodating. One of them even volunteered to make the sauce for us while another one overheard that it was my birthday. I was so surprised when he greeted me. I also received a little "birthday gift" from them when we're about to leave. I wasn't expecting that. That's really so nice of them.

Amazing place, The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding, and the variety of options available makes an enjoyable meal. The broths were rich and flavorful. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The ambiance was cozy and lively perfect for a meal with friends and family. I highly recommend CK1989 Hot Pot to anyone looking for a fantastic hot pot experience.

We went here on non-peak hours. The service is great. All of our orders were attended almost immediately. I think the service varies from time to time, depending on the volume of diners. Food is good and there's a variety of side dishes to choose from. There's also a self service counter where you can choose which side dishes you like. You can also mix your own sauce or opt for their signature sauce. Though, the condiments available for the sauce it a bit on the average side and offers not much flexibility. All in all, it is a wonderful experience for us.
