The counter/cashier mistakenly booked my order to the delivery courier. I paid thru gcash but asked to pay again when my order arrived. Though I disagree I paid in cash again. Half an hour passed, the store manager called me, the delivery courier reported the incident. She apologized and sent back the paid amount to my gcash, but still the perversion has been done. First time I've encountered this. I will still order thru app, but if I see that my food will come from this store. I'll automatically cancel it. Staffs are not well trained.
