They take orders fast but the serving takes time. The crew is not smiling at customers and always seem like they're in a hurry. Food is typical chowking - a little too salty. I like the siomai tho, and the place looks well maintained including the restroom.

everything was good except for the counter crew. the cashier was lying about the price of the solo chao fan, saying it was 99ph worth without drinks. even if i asked over and over, she didn't change it. I hope this won't happen to anyone 😕

The service is very slow even with less people coming and crew dont have a good coordination thus resulting to miscommunication.

terrible service and downgraded quality. They are too focus to cater for the general public that they forgot to maintain certain standards. In addition, the quantity of their lauriat meals are for the capacity of pre-schoolers. I suggest that they go back to the drawing board and reevaluate their company's priorities. Please also come up with a method of training and assessing your service crews to reach certain level of quality standards.
