We don't live here as cheap Charly as that category is sometimes called, but we like the cheap ChowKing food, and that is more important to us than the price, but how they do it for that price, we take our hats off to ChowKing, for us it is easy, enter the SM City Mall Ecoland, on the left is the ChowKing, and that is 950 meters from where we live... Yeahhhhh 😂

The service here is really bad. It’s probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. We had to wait for almost an hour for our order, the same goes with the other customers. There were people who ordered before us but got their food fast/right away. They also don’t have an option to have a regular drink with sodas, you have to buy extra in order to have the drink you prefer.

Lady Cashier between 6:50am to 7am is not well trained about the MENU ORDERED THE 699 FAMILY MEAL. Im disabled, legally blind on 1 eye so i asked if I get 6pcs chicken and 6pcs siomai for the Price as the picture suggest. (wasnt able to see fine print) Lady Cashier guaranteed and assured me that its 6pcs each for the chicken and siomai Order arrived with only 4pcs of chicken and 4pcs of siomai. Our Experience is very disappointing PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR CASHIERS ABOUT YOUR MENU

hinay kaayug lihok inyong staff.. waited for more than 30mins for our meal to be serve... ordered an upgraded pineapple juice instead, they serve medium soft drinks... poor service..
