Dugyot (unsanitary), This explains the disgusting smell the moment you enter the establishment. The floors are very sticky. If they cannot maintain the cleanliness of their surroundings, just wondering how things are inside the kitchen. Service is terrible. took 45 mins to deliver food (even when the place was just 25 percent occupied) STAFF ARE RUDE, except for the guard who is accomodating. This place terribly needs an overhaul.

We came on saturday August 19 2023 at 11:30 am. Peak hours and there's a lot of customers especially seniors. So i was 4th on line and waited for at least 15-20 minutes before becoming 2nd on the line. And after this a lot of seniors came again. And we decided to just leave because there's no priority lane for seniors to take and of course we choose to let the seniors be next in line but it's another 5 seniors with different orders i think so i think at the back of my mind that it'll take another 30-45 minutes because of how slow the service is. I ASKED IF THE BEEF CHAO FAN CONSIST OF PORK AND THEY TOLD ME ITS PURE BEEF... WHILE IM EATING I SAW A PURE FAT MEAT OF PORK!!! AND ALSO THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY SERVED IF ITS CHA FAN OR BEEF CHAO FAN... FOR NON PORK EATER DONT EAT IN THAT BRANCH!!!

dont ever come to this branch, service sucks, service is too damn slow, only 2 other customers but waited more than 30 min just for a lauriat, no wonder theres no customers here, its also so damn hot, dont ever come here!
