Whenever i visit kcc mall i usulaly dine in at Chowking. Their service is fast and I can observe all crew members are showing their genuine smile to serve if even if you see they are tired already. Everyone was productive in the store. But one thing i appreciate most was when one crew member with the name of KHAMIR AMIRUL who approach me if its ok to serve first the Halo2x i ordered i said its fine and he smiled back also. Usual chowking restaurant like anya chowking. The wait to get your food is also usual about 15 to 30 mins.

This branch has a problem in keeping tract on time waited for almost 40 minutes for a take out order. Points to improve in management the manager in general, division of labor and and also customer service. Totally I had a worse experience. I hope they improve in this aspect as they carry a brand name known for quality and good customer service . Seriously disappointing.

We wait for 30-40 minutes for our food. we are so hungry we ask them if how many minutes are food will arrive and they stop us and said "hintay lang po ma'am" they dont know that there costumer is really hungry😒
