Got my orders right and didn't wait too long
The food is fine but the service is a bit slow.
I ordered 1pc Chicken and upon receiving my order, I noticed that there's no Chicharap inside the paper bag, I double checked to see if I may have just overlooked it but I was right. It wasn't inside the bag. I texted their store and even called but they only apologized. I appreciate it but I kinda expected some kind of compensation since I did pay for my order. Just kind of disappointed. Hope next time I order, there's no mess up.
Food is okay, halo halo is good, service was slow, place looks dirty.
I ORDER SEPARATED CHICHIRAP FROM MY ORDER WHICH COST 60 PESOS I ASK THE CREW WHERE'S MY CHICHARAP BUT SHE SAID THAT IT'S INCLUDED IN MY FRIED CHICKEN ORDER WHICH HAVE ONLY 8 PCS CHICHIRAP THEY NEVER REFUND MY MONEY OR GIVE MY ORDER I DID SHOW HER THE RECEIPT BUT NOTHING HAPPENS NEVER AGAIN.
