I've been in the hospitality industry, so I understand how tiring your work can be, yet you still manage to wear a smile despite personal challenges. I ordered a chicken lauriat and requested the thigh part, but she said it would take 20 minutes for the requested part. So, I told her any available part would do. I waited 20 minutes for my order, and while I was eating, I noticed the chicken was still bloody. 🤮🤢 I wish I hadn't eaten here, it's so disgusting.

This is one of the oldest Chowking branches I've ever eaten in. It's not that tidy and comfortable; the aircon is inadequate while there are no blinds to cover all windows. The food here could be better, but honestly for a fast food, I didn't really expect that much.

🤢🤢🤢DO NOT EAT HERE! I'LL START WITH THE WORSE, THEY HAVE THIS CREW WHO SEEMS TO BE TAKING A BREAK AND SEATS IN THE CORNER OF THE OTHER ROOM WHERE THERE IS AIRCON, SHE EATS HER FOOD WITH HER OTHER LEG ON THE CHAIR AND ALL THE WHILE WATCHING A VIDEO ON HER PHONE AT THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE VOLUME. IT WAS SO ANNOYING WE HAD TO GO TO THE OTHER ROOM WHERE THERE IS NO AIRCON BUT IS A LOT QUIETER. NOT EVEN DONE YET, THIS PLACE IS MESSY, VERY POOR SERVICE, FOOD DOES NOT GO UP PAR WITH OTHER CHOWKING BRANCHES. JUST A FRIENDLY, NOT HERE, YOU'LL HAVE A BAD DAY EATING HERE.

Good naman yung food. I like their chaofan, I notice na unlike other stores mas marami ng konti serving nila and meatier. Store location is okay. Service? Lol, I've eaten here a few times and every single time they serve my food, walang tissue and sauce, and water (if ala carte). You have to ask it pa, walang kusa. Sometimes when you ask for chili sauce, depending sa mood nila if they will ask you to pay P5 per serving. Sometimes free. Kahit may manager or wala, same bad service. I've been here ng ibat ibang oras, bfast, lunch, dinner. Same service. Train your servers better.
