I wanted to try their newly offered Braised Beef and was very disappointed. There were only a couple of pieces of beef cubes as shown in my foto and insufficient sauce for the poor quality of rice used. It also smelled a bit off and I did not finish it. . Old mixed with new. That would have been ok for fried rice but not not steamed white rice. Waiter offered to provide me with new serving but having already eaten the few pcs of meat in it, I declined imagining the taste again of almost 'panis' rice. The waiting time took almost an hour when we only ordered three siomai chao fan. The food was not that hot and not that well fried. Not that bad but they lack of employees to serve and cook.

Coz its summer mom and i decided to eat halo halo and we go in this branch. My mom is a 76yr old Senior Citizen when i make my order to the counter it doesn't notify me/us how long are we going to wait for our order. We've waited for 2 halo halo and a drink for almost a hour. Im so disappointed on the service that we encounter.
