Food and service are amazing!
Terrible customer service. Cannot be reached even though you try to contact them via IG and calls and texts MULTIPLE TIMES. NOBODY WILL GET BACK TO YOU. Such a waste of money and time.
Unfortunately I got sick and was not able to pick up my fully paid order. They responded to my IG msg after a few days and after that, they have not confirmed if I can still pick up my order. Now I saw in their post that ham (my order) has been old out already. Net net, I paid 2,110 and I did not get anything! Unfair. Should I report this to DTI?
You should start calling yourselves Deadbeat chef! You people should at least have the decency to respond to messages or answer my calls since you already have my money!
