The staff accomodated us right away to our sit. They give us the clean utensils first. After some mins of waiting, they give us the food that we ordered. The staff is kind. The soup is tasty, also the pancit. The chicken is somewhat dry. The sweet and sour pork is good, I like it. They already have tissues in the table. Its recommended to pay in cash kase tagal nila ibalik ung card mo idk why. The dessert, cofee jelly is too sweet.

I know it is not the chefs fault but would have greatly appreciate it if the food preparations are done a little faster. Maybe a little planning could help. I understand the food is prepared upon confirmation of table but when you know its is gonna be full house, better have the reserves ready.

We were excited to eat since we were famished and were seated by 2:40, having placed our order even before sitting down. Despite ordering early, our food didn't arrive until 3:20, after we had to follow up twice with the staff. When the food finally started arriving, it came out in a disorganized manner. The soup and pancit were served first, but the remaining dishes arrived about 6-8 minutes later. I was extremely disappointed to dine here. Customer service was extremely terrible. I have worked for Classic Savory back in my college days and we were taught to have high standards when assisting customers. The person who took our order missed to punch the items correctly where we had to follow up multiple times. The problem is the crew and even the team leaders on duty were too busy on admin tasks and going through their phones so it was quite hard to catch anyone's attention without shouting, the atmosphere was extremely unwelcoming. I'm just really disappointed. I ordered food for one person around 9 PM and paid for it. I followed up three times but got no response. Then, the person assisting me only started preparing my food around 9:50 PM, and it was take-out. Other groups were served before me. This was my first time ordering from Classic Savory at MOA, and it will be my last. The service is so slow and unaccommodating. They keep getting distracted, running to Watson, and it's just frustrating. I don’t want to come back here. I was already hungry, and my food was cold, plus the soft drinks weren't even cold.
