Waited for atleast 30 minutes. Asked multiple waiters how many more minutes until we could get our food but received no response. Finally when I spoke to the manager our food was waiting in the window all along, just needed to be served. After eating we asked for the bill, asked 3 waiters for the bill but did not receive it. Went to the front desk and finally got our bill. Really bad service.

I've dined here serval times over the years as I used to stay at the Eurotel opposite Robinson's Manila. This time round I was in the area and I thought to try Savory again. Food is always consistent fairly average tasting filipino food with good service. Definitely worth coming back for.

Lack of knowledge and disoriented two days i ago we ate at Savory , then the waitress place the water in front of my baby who is sitting at the high chair, 8 months old. The baby suddenly pull the water and spilled all over her clothes. We have just came from the hospital since my baby has flu. They did not even assist the child or nor say sorry for what happened, been staying there for more than an hour it was only the time. After paying the bill when we get the attention of the TL and supervisor ! It was only the time when they assist us 😒 since we complain about what happened. I heared it …

My family and I had a disappointing dining experience here. The front desk personnel, Mary Rose, was rude and unaccommodating. Once seated, our waiter, Marwyn, was unprofessional. Also, another female waiter made unwelcome comments about us.
