We went here during non peak hours on a weekday. This maybe the reason why we don't have to wait for some minutes to be accommodated. *Food - It's nice that they have budget meal / meal for 2 that can be shared. It's delicious. *We were seated near the counter area so all our requests were attended quickly. They don't include water when serving spoons/forks/mat, you really need to ask for it. *When we ask if our food can be packed for take out, they do so but they packed it in a paper bag with no handle. it was our first time eating at Marikina branch. I reco Savory, I love their food but I was a bit disappointed with the service plus the long time of serving and we waited for almost an hour per food. Also, the staff being deaf and blind all the time we are calling them. (and we don’t enjoy their makunat na chicken unlike at the other branch)

One of the popular and most sought-after restaurants in SM City Marikina, Classic Savory has always impressed us with its Staff's hospitality, efficiency and courtesy. Special mention goes to Erick, MaeGee, Mark and Jeno who showed great teamwork during our recent visit. Lomi, Miki Bihon Binondo, Fried Chicken and Shanghai Rolls are just a few of our favorites. Place is appealing and clean. Inside restroom is also a plus.

The food might be decent, but the area is noticeably dirty. I don't know if the floor is oily or what, but it's slippery, and the comfort room is wet. There's water everywhere, and the tiles are extremely slippery. The restaurant has an unpleasant odor that lingers throughout the dining area, making the environment uncomfortable. The smell is a major turn-off and significantly impacts the overall experience, even if the food is decent. I really hope they take this matter seriously and address it soon.

Food was so oily especially the seafood noodles. Butter garlic fried chicken was hard and looked anemic. Lacked garlic. Hot and sour soup tasted like mother's best hot sauce even the color. Lousy food
