It was our first time in this branch, hesitant at first because of their google reviews stressing that their service is disappointing. My mom and I went there around 11 am to get lunch, on our experience, they accommodate us well and served our food i think around 15-30 minutes to complete our orders. They are now serving water while waiting for the orders and preparing our table. They served our soup hot which is great, the garlic chicken is good, but I just didn’t like their chopseuy. Overall, it is a good experience but still can be improved. Thank you

I just had the worst customer service experience ever with classic savory in cubao. I reserved 2 tables for 18 pax and when I came there, the two staff did not let me in. The guy staff kept insisting that I only reserved a table for 2 pax. I was explaining to him that if you make the reservation online, it will ask you to reserve a table but you will need to indicate for how many pax you're reserving the tables for. Do not dine in this branch. customer service sucks and waiting time sucks. We waited for 40 mins, only to be served the wrong dishes. Followed up again for 4 TIMES then the staff that served us has an attitude and gossips about our table with their staff mates.

WORSE SERVICE EVER 1. waiters let you write down your own order 2. WAITING TIME TAKES FORVER, my Lola asked for water and tatlong waiter na hiningan niya but there was no action. Manager was there pero he waited na mag mukha kaming iritable bago mag approach. 3. There was cockroaches on the countertop!!!! 4. SERVICE SUCKS 5. Security guard at the back door is nakikipag kwentuhan sa mga tropa jiya ata yon and doesn't even bother to open the door for you and when he does nag chichismisan padin sila!! THIS IS THE WORST CLASSIC SAVORY BRANCH!!!!
