The experience was smooth and the food serving was generous, I hope it will not change. The CLOUD 9 experience is worth while. I suggest dining first to get a free entrance for the Mini Museum and Hanging Bridge, since the food is great! Looking forward to come back again! I
Bulalo was very bland and oily. The sisig was tasteless, and the rice they gave out was so mushy that I thought I was eating puto! Like most places in the Philippines, this restaurant really needs some maintenance or even a renovation. Everything is so rundown and poor looking from when it was a hotel. It's really sad too, since this place has so much potential! The only redeeming quality is that if you order food here, you get complimentary entrance to the 360 sky walk. Though looking back on it, I think i would have rather paid the 150 pesos.
2nd time to visit. Food were all delicious. Good for its price and they have big servings especially the Pansit Bihon. Tasty! Also recommended their Sinigang na baboy. Tamang asim ng sabaw and yung cuts ng pork and veggies, hindi tinipid. Maulan during our second visit and some areas had leaks above and rain water drips on the table so some of the customers have to transfer seats. Service is okay, but you may choose to sit somewhere easily visible like in the center, because they might not see you raising your hand for their assistance asap. A very spacious restaurant with great views of Metro Manila and all its tall buildings. Cloud 9's main feature is the fantastic narrow suspension bridge that brings you up higher in elevation above the restaurant & rewards you with even better & uninterrupted views of downtown Metro Manila. Good views during the day, even more stunning at night. The suspension bridge is an extra P100 entry fee and is not for the faint hearted and does afraid of heights. Most of the food are delightful and good for sharing. Fast service and the prices are reasonable. You can take pictures while waiting for your orders to be served. This place is famous for its hanging bridge. It is worth the try because of the nice view on top. This is an ideal place for family day. They also serve alcohols so barkada nights could be held here. Not air-conditioned place. Parking is available and the staff are really kind. Take outs are available.
