Pescado Al Ajillo is quite disappointing; though the banana cake and Ceviche Mixto are good.
The food is something out of my tastebuds league, at first the taste was weird, butbas we munch on it was good, spices and salt are a little on the heavy side, maybe its the peruvian way of cooking. Everything was flavorful, meat is soft and tender, salmon is cooked very nice. Will defenitley come back to try thier other foods. P. S. If your not into something that is too flavorful, you wont appreciate their way of cooking.
Place is nice and cozy with only around 12 tables. Service was top notch. Servers happily answered our questions about the menu and serving time was quicker than we expected. Menu was straight forward - consisted of some peruvian classics like ceviche and roasted chicken with chimichuri, which didn't disappoint, on the side. Would have loved it more if they had a more extensive beer menu to pair the food with.
Thought this food was wonderful. Very delicious and the service was good. Had to send our steak back because we liked it more well done than it came, but they were happy to oblige. The value was good, but it's not a value type place. If you're going there for taste, you will love their food.
Good food. Helpful and attentive staff. Clean restaurant. Not noisy. Great for small get togethers.
