Highly recommended milk tea. You can tell that it's not brewed from any powder forms as the texture is creamy and silky. Flavour is also concentrated. A must have in the area when you are feeling thirsty

Their store located on the ground floor is not crowded since this west wing is not near the transport terminal. However, they still have a lot of orders and customers due to the quality pearl and milk tea products they serve. Not only that, there are many choices of drinks, and all guaranteed to satisfy your thirst and your palette. So visit them and enjoy the good drinks and you can stay in their store to relax.

It's not too crowded even on a Sunday, but I wish we could opt for less ice because we had a difficult time getting to our grass jelly. I guess that's the difference when you order from Grab/Food Panda, since the ice sort of melt en route to your house versus staying in the actual shop where the aircon is on full blast. Other than that, we actually enjoy the drinks.

The female staff is really rude. I asked her politely if the sugar level must be 30%, but she replied it's impossible and laughed at me as if she were mocking me instead of correcting me politely. I've been ordering in the Grab app, and there's an option where I could choose the sugar level and even the ice amount. Better go back to grade school and study some morals. Super unprofessional at its finest

I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction with an issue regarding my order yesterday. I ordered 30 drinks from Coco Ayala Malls Manila Bay at 5:40 PM through Foodpanda and received the drinks around 8:00 PM. Firstly, I attempted to pay by credit card, but the transaction failed and is not reflected in my current orders on the app. Secondly, I successfully paid via Gcash.
