Fave tea place. Try their 3 buddies milk tea. 10-15-min waiting time, shorter than gateway branch
Staffs were friendly and they serve fast than the other branch in Gateway which always have long lines! (I had an experience that i waited for 30 minutes and still at the vack of the queue, so I ended up buying DQ lol) anyway, they have few seats here but as i said no need to wait for more than 15 minutes to have you Coco milk tea. You should try 2 Ladies for 100 pesos with white pearls instead of black pearls and pudding) 50-75% sugar level so you can still taste the tea! :) They open around 11 am unlike the one in Gateway
We know CoCo for its good tasting milktea so nothing to argue about that, this store is for people who are looking for a place to buy CoCo with a less line or que of customer. It's not a good place to do meeting because tables and chairs are only good for waiting orders.

Lined up for a long queue and placed 3 custome drink orders only to find out they don’t have gcash or credit cards. It’s 2024. You can give options beyond cash.
