Well, you should always expect long queues especially during peak hours and weekends. That's pretty much normal for all branches of Coco 😅 But for the milktea, they still have one of the best-tasting yet affordable in my opinion. Customer service is also great, I only waited for less than 5 minutes to receive my order, but this was on a Monday at 4:30PM 👍 Overall, their Trinoma branch is a nice spot to chill and sip on your favorite milktea! 💯

The milktea is good as always. It took about 15 mins for our order to be completed but given the long line, I think it's understandable.

The taste of my panda coco is a bit sweet. I like it before when it used to taste more tea-like. The store is well maintained though. Its not crowded yesterday during my visit. Which is good. Parking is not an issue it's located inside trinoma mall. Waiting time is acceptable. I hope they double check the taste for sweetness.

Because of the milk tea craze, there is usually long lines in all Coco branches (and some other milk tea shops). Bestsellers - Panda Milk Tea (with tiny white and medium-sized black pearls), 2 Ladies (with pearls and pudding) and 3 Buddies (with pearls, pudding and grass jelly). But what I like most is their Jasmine Milk Tea, pudding added.

Giving this 2 stars for now because their airconditioning unit seems to still be broken for months now. There’s always a long line and then we have to wait outside so we won’t feel like we’re suffocating. At one point, the staff was a bit rude because when I gently asked what number was being called- she told me to wait for my number to be called. This was very unhelpful and her tone was not gentle at all. Gotta love Hope though! Hope was able to serve us with a smile. She was able to take our orders and gave us updates when we asked what number was last called.
